Today l thought l would try something different for my workout. l decided to go outside of my comfort zone and try Spin Class. For those who don't know what that is, it is an indoor cycling class. To keep up with this class, you need to have a lot of endurance. The instructor challenged us for 50 minutes and would require us to up the pressure on the bikes to make it harder along the course. Throughout the class, she gave us different types of courses and she would play music that we would bike to the beat to. This class was the most challenging for me in my 30 Day Challenge and l'm glad l tried it out so l can add a new exercise to my workout schedule.
