My teacher challenged my classmates and l to choose an activity to do for thirty days straight. Some of my classmates chose to take a picture everyday, others chose to drink strictly water, but l chose to workout for thirty days straight. Working out has never been a priority to my to do list due to my heavy workload and working part-time. When my teacher presented this idea to the class, l immediately knew what l wanted to accomplish. By giving me this challenge, it created a motivation that l have always been looking for but have never quite found. With this challenge, l know l will face difficulties along the way. Managing my time has always been difficult for me to do, so l will have to adjust my schedule to be able to workout everyday as well as to be able to complete my work load. Despite the time issue, working out will create a healthy style of living for me and preparing me for Track season next year. Also, it will help to relieve my stress and to make my days more productive, l'm excited to conquer this challenge and change my lifestyle around.
