Zumba has been a class that l was introduced by a friend and eventually fell in love with. Zumba class is similar to Spin Class by playing music and keeping up to the beat of the music. ln this class, you are able to adjust your exercise to where you are comfortable. l try to keep up with the instructor, but halfway through l tend to switch to the lighter weights. Zumba class will work on arms one week, legs the next, so you do not over-exercise part of your body. This class makes working out fun and although it is not as intense as Spin, it gets in the daily workout l need.
